A deliciously fun day for the whole family
Be entertained by live music featuring fantastic local acts who have hit the national playlist.
Sista Lee are a duo from Gympie also, who are emerging as talented-young-things very quickly after their Tamworth busking events in the last few years. Natalya and Kiarnah Lee are known for their beautiful nature, harmonies and uniqueness. They have moved to iconic status now amongst many young performers as a role model for making it ‘big’.
Ethan Roberts is a young Gympie singer-songwriter who has been featured on Triple J’s Unearthed and a year ago released ‘High on Life’ and an accompanying music video shot in and around the Gympie region. ‘High on Life’ noticeably does away entirely with one rock ‘n’ roll cliche, with lyrics about how his friendships, his family and his town give him the buzz he needs. Ethan’s initial forays into music were supported by the team at the Australian Institute of Country Music, continuing a long tradition of supporting up-and-coming performers. He’s also been to Tamworth three times.
